No. The White Card (CPCWHS1001) is nationally recognised general construction induction training — a licensing requirement for construction work. This is awareness training on WHS duties for any workplace: office, warehouse, workshop or site. It issues a certificate of completion, not a Statement of Attainment.
The course is built on the model WHS Act adopted in Queensland, NSW, and most of the country, with callouts where Victoria (OHS Act 2004) and Western Australia differ. The duties work the same way: everyone at the workplace owes one, at the same time.
