Plans start at $449/yr + GST for up to four people, $1,499 for up to 25, and $2,999 for up to 50 (plus a $495 once-off setup). Past 50 seats it’s $49 per extra seat per year, or an Enterprise rate. Because the free course gives the learner a certificate; it doesn’t give your business a record. WorkSafe Queensland’s guidance notes that keeping records of your risk management process may assist in demonstrating what you’ve done to comply — and a folder of PDFs isn’t that. Completions and currency. Every microlearning course your people finish is recorded with a timestamp and a certificate of completion, and the Hub shows you who’s current, what’s due, and where the gaps are — with renewal alerts before anything expires. It tracks records of training; it doesn’t replace the training itself.
