Video assessmentsThree short recorded videos (2–3 minutes each): negotiate payment terms and defects liability with a subcontractor, brief a solicitor on a contract dispute, and propose a risk management clause. Plus a formal subcontractor agreement built with our contract generator. All trainer-marked with written feedback — resubmission is part of the process, not a penalty.

It's one of the units commonly required for QBCC licensed subcontractor and builder registration, the ESO electrical contractor's licence, and QBP certification. Some licence categories require additional units — check your specific category with QBCC before enrolling, or ask us.
Three videos of 2–3 minutes each, responding to the Hunt Builders scenario — like explaining a contract position to someone on site, except recorded. Phone camera or webcam is fine, and alternatives are available if being on camera isn't workable for you.
No formal prerequisites. The course assumes you're working in construction or planning to start a construction business — familiarity with contracts and subcontracting helps but isn't required.
