PracticeScenario cards drop you into real situations along the way — you make the call a worker actually faces, then get the reasoning, straight up.
ChecksQuick knowledge checks in every module. Not exam-style — the course makes sure it sticks before it moves on.
You leave withA certificate of completion from an RTO-crafted course, issued instantly and logged in the Nexa Compliance Hub — with renewal reminders for you or your whole team.

~1 hr · online. Delivery: online, self-paced. Start, pause, and finish whenever suits.
It gives you the knowledge side of the warden role under AS 3745-2010 — the structure, the sweep, the assembly point, the reporting. Your building's emergency plan may also require a practical walk-through with your chief warden or fire safety adviser, and QLD high-occupancy buildings have their own requirements.
AS 3745-2010 expects ECO members to be trained at intervals not exceeding 12 months — most buildings align warden refreshers with their annual evacuation drill.
Start with this course for the people you're considering, then formalise it: your emergency plan should name the ECO roles. Rolling it out to a team takes minutes through the Compliance Hub — talk to us.
